Collect information about the company’s organizational structures and operation procedures; analyze organizational efficiency to inform and support management decision to improve or modify the operations, management, systems functions, and processes of the company; conduct on-site observations, evaluate, and define the best means of organizational change to maximize worker productivity and profits; prepare and present reports to management with detailed action plans; prepare recommendations for implementation of new methodologies, systems, or procedures; review and recommend changes of forms and reports; analyze and identify problems and potential areas for improvement; recommend and implement solutions to access the international market; calculate and demonstrate financial impact of proposed improvements; research and formulate manuals and procedures on hiring new office managers, office structures and locations, strategic partnership, or product diversification; review sales/service contracts including delivery schedules and payment terms and identify areas where company can strengthen financial practices and improve receivables;  recommend changes to logistics, product pricing, customer payment terms, and product lines sold; be informed on new developments in the fields of kitchen wood cabinet and finance beneficial to the operations of the company.
